Pho Pasteur stands out as a great restaurant, serving delicious food in a comfortable and welcoming setting. Located at 694 Snelling Avenue North, Saint Paul, Minnesota, and close to the University of Northwestern – Saint Paul, which makes it a convenient place to eat.

Pho Pasteur also offers a huge variety of foods to suit different tastes and dietary needs. Their menu isn’t just limited to pho. They have rice dishes, noodle bowls, spring rolls, and more. They even have gluten free and vegan options, so everyone can find something they enjoy. It makes the restaurant a great choice whether you’re craving something classic or looking for something that fits your diet.

The food draws me back to Pho Pasteur time and again. The flavorful broth makes each visit worth it. I highly recommend the shrimp pho; it is my personal favorite. The shrimp is cooked perfectly, the noodles come out just right, and the broth bursts with taste. I usually pair it with the fried egg rolls, which arrive hot and crispy every time, filling me up and complementing the pho perfectly.

I also bring my friends here often, and we always have a good time. It serves as a place where we can sit, talk, and enjoy being together without feeling rushed. Sometimes after we finish eating, we even bring out card games and hang out for a bit longer, which shows how comfortable we feel there.

The restaurant itself has a relaxed and cozy feel. It is not too loud or crowded, so it works well for groups. The service adds to that experience. The woman I believe is the owner is very kind and always checks in to make sure everything is good. She remembers regular customers and is easy to talk to, which makes each visit feel welcoming.

Overall, Pho Pasteur is a reliable spot with good food, friendly service, and a laid back environment. It is more than just a place to eat. It is a place I enjoy spending time with friends.
