Holy Week: Song of Day- Andrew Peterson’s Well Done Good and Faithful

This is a strange Easter season but God still reigns. Andrew Peterson wrote a series of album’s centering on the Resurrection called Resurrection Letters. The first album, Volume II (yep) arrived in 2008 and then Volume I was released ten years later on Easter in 2018.  A few months prior, Andrew Peterson released a prologue of songs centered on Christ’s crucifixion. The song- Well Done Good and Faithful sets the scriptural stage for Christ’s death and eventual resurrection. The new testament is nothing without the old. I encourage you to listen and ponder our great King. Who for the joy set before him endured, reconciled us and made peace by the blood of his cross.
