The holidays can be stressful, and we all know that college doesn’t make life any less stressful!

Stress eating helps. You. Need. Treats. You deserve treats!

So, if you’re stressed check out the following five treats you can make right in your dorm room.

1. Pretzel M&M Hugs

3 simple ingredients:

  1. Pretzels
  2. M&Ms
  3. Kisses

Toss together in a cup.

Blast them in the microwave for a few seconds.

*They may not look like the photo, but they’re tasty good.

2. Rice Krispie Wreaths

Here you go: Rice Krispies Christmas Wreaths – The Country Cook. You supply the microwave.

*Cinnamon candies make for a more festive look.

3. Peppermint Bark Pretzels

Melt some almond bark. Dip pretzels in it. Boom, there it is!

*You can also drizzle chocolate on the top and add crushed-up candy canes over the top. Go crazy with it!

4. Pillsbury Christmas Tree Cookies

These cookies are a must have over the holiday season, whether you eat them raw or bake them, they’re awesome good!

5. Marshmallow Snowmen*

Stack a couple of marshmallows together, add some buttons along with some pretzels for arms. Add a face, and it’s Olaf!
