Singer-songwriter Isabelle Thom, flies to the top of MEL charts this week with her hit song Butterfly. Izzie, as her friends call her, has lived in many places from around Minnesota’s northern lakes to the Indian Ocean. So, she’s handled lots of change through the years, and more than just geographically. She’s says she’s seen change in all walks of human life. She hopes that her lyrics provide “honest words in conversation with God,” and they are “rooted in stories, experiences, relationships, and the metamorphic process of life with Jesus.”
And so it is with her song, Butterfly. It paints a beautiful picture of our worth to our Heavenly Father and His loving care for us:
